Our hearts deepest desire is to be open and free. We'll sip away the gentle cacao, open ourselves and let the beauty of the emotion flow. You'll be guided in deep healing spaces thanks to the meditation, and after settling we'll enjoy the connection of a sharing circle. It's suggested to bring a journal and a pen if you want to take personal notes. Please have a light breakfast on the day.
