About the event
Join artists Jenny Baynes and Amalie Silvani-Jones, and Permaculture and Foraging Enthusiast Iona Quickfall, and chat about soil whilst making a collaborative large-scale artwork, using techniques in collage, printmaking and painting.   We'll discover what makes soil healthy, the creatures that live and rely upon soil, and how healthy soil is vital to people and planet Earth's ecosystems.    The resulting artwork will be exhibited in the village after the event (locations tbc). Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.   No experience necessary - suitable for all ages. Spaces are limited so we suggest pre-booking to avoid disappoiontment.
You may choose 10am to 12noon or 1pm to 3pm workshops, or attend both, please book am and pm places if you wish to attend the full day.
Suggested Donation: This workshop is offered on a pay-what-you-can donation basis. We don't want prices to be a barrier (please be honest to what you can afford) so we have tiered suggestions:
£25:      Covers a place for yourself, and also pays forward to cover a free place, thank you!
£15:      Medium waged
£10:      Low waged
£5:       Student/child/benefits
£0:       No income
