About the event
Mindfulness is learning to live in the moment, noticing our thoughts but not focusing on them. Â This class is a great insight into how our minds work, how we get caught up with thoughts, worries and feel stressed and overwhelmed. Mindfulness is beneficial for anxiety, stress, chronic pain & insomnia. Â Learn new skills & feel completely chilled listening to the soft, Â relaxing, Irish lilt of your teacher as she takes you through a grounding and meditation practice. Â
