About the event

Join Scottish Ceramic Artist Wendy Kershaw for this brilliant opportunity and make your own pottery candleholder or soap dish. Wendy will show you how to use pinching and coiling techniques to make simple forms that can be added to. Create an animal or landscape version. Work can be fired and returned after the event.

Wendy has been working with clay for nearly forty years, and after working in schools and collages she is now a full time maker.

This workshop is part of the Lochwinnoch Feel Good Gathering. Places are free, funded by our charity, but we ask for you to please let us know in advance if for any reason you're unable to make it as we shall be operating a waiting list and would like to reallocate any unrequired places. Our site opens at 12pm. Parking at the site will be very limited. Please see full event details here for more infomration about how to get here and alternative parking options. We suggest arriving early to avoid disappointment. When you arrive please make your way straight to the Workshop Tent.

Please be aware that while the workshop is free, there may be some costs for firing your finished piece.

You can pre-book a space via this site, but drop-ins on the day will be welcomed to fill any availalbe spaces.
