About the event

Emma offers a series of seasonal weekend workshops which integrate psychodrama with nature based at Birkhill Woods near Lochwinnoch. During these workshops participants work creatively in action, explore their connection with nature through psychodrama, and consider how our environment reflects our internal landscapes. Spending time both indoors and moving outside into the surrounding woods and fields, offers a unique opportunity to experience, reflect, and share at depth for personal growth.

This workshop is offered at a reduced rate of £10pp.

In this taster session, especially for the Feel Good Festival, and at the wonderful venue of LOVE Woodland, just a short walk from the heart of the village, we will use aspects of Psychodrama and creative action methods to explore how nature can provide a supportive and nurturing role for each of us, and how we can embody the strengths and healing that it has to offer.

“Thoroughly enjoyed myself! The venue was really quite magical and the weekend seemed to follow that theme. I loved meeting some amazing new people; eating hearty homemade food; playing in the forest; singing in the ruins of the castle and connecting with nature.”

Participant feedback Spring 2023.

What to bring:  As we will be working outdoors please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for all weathers. If you would like to bring a cushion or blanket for your own comfort, please do. Some will be provided but it might be nice to have your own. A notebook and some coloured pens might also be handy.  Certificates of Attendance will be provided for CPD hours.
