About the event
Following the success of last year’s workshop, the Feel Good Festival is offering another introductory Psychodrama in Nature session. This is a unique opportunity to ‘dip a toe in’ and experience the creativity and power of  working in action, exploring connections with nature through psychodrama, and considering how the environment reflects our internal landscapes.   Â
In this taster session we will use aspects of psychodrama and creative action methods to explore how nature can provide a supportive and nurturing role for each of us, and how we can embody the strengths and healing that it has to offer. Â Â
What to bring: Â As we will be working outdoors, please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for all weathers. Â Â If you would like to bring a cushion or blanket for your own comfort, please do. Some will be provided but it might be nice to have your own. A notebook and some coloured pens might also be handy. Â Certificates of Attendance will be provided for CPD hours.
This workshop is offered free, funded by the Feel Good Festival. Spaces are limited so please book in advance and advise us if for any reason you're unable to attend, as we will be operating a waiting list.
Directions to the location will be provided upon booking.
