About the event
What is a soundbath?
A soundbath is a medative experience where you are bathed in sound. Using different instruments such as gongs, quartz bowls, tibetan bells, chimes, drums and ocean drums to create different tones for you to relax to.
How does it work?
You simply lie on the floor on your mat and get comfortable and listen . The vibration in the different tones works to help you to relax through your brain waves Alpha, Beta, Theta, Gamma this in turns relaxes your body which in turn relaxes your nervous system and when you are in a deep state of relaxation this is when you do alot of healing. After a sound bath you can feel calmer, and uplifted. People often have a great nights sleep too. It can clear your mind and improve your memory as well as enhancing your mood.
