A message from the hosts:Â
We already have everything we need within us but sometimes we get stuck in a pattern or loop, or simply forget who we are. In life with the many roles we play,  we  can lose our ability to find our sense of balance and purpose. Through the playful use of movement, drama, sound (voice) and mindful awareness this session allows us the opportunity to  explore, expand and embody our authentic selves, in ways that feel safe.
