About the event

Join Jane, Emma and Lynne for this inspirational workshop. An experiential workshop (ages 16+) using mindful movement, voice and drama to explore the multi-faceted self. This workshop is offered at £12 pp. Booking information will be shared here soon.

A message from the hosts:

We already have everything we need within us but sometimes we get stuck in a pattern or loop, or simply forget who we are. In life with the many roles we play,  we  can lose our ability to find our sense of balance and purpose. Through the playful use of movement, drama, sound (voice) and mindful awareness this session allows us the opportunity to  explore, expand and embody our authentic selves, in ways that feel safe.
