About the event
In this event we will explore meeting our edges of confidence, taking a leap to find the state of flow and playing with the possibility of allowing something new and fresh into our experience.
By bringing mindful awareness to the habits and patterns that stop us from finding ease and confidence in our daily lives, we can discover new ways to be in a state of flow, freeing ourselves from the restrictions of thoughts and feelings that block us from inhabiting this place . Using playful practices drawn from drama, dance and voice, we bring kindly awareness and a sense of curiosity to what it feels like to move in and out of these states and find ease and alignment with our core confidence £15 per person.
