This is a free workshop teaching your children how to self regulate, navigate their emotions and develop self compassion is fundamental if we want to create conscious beings of the future who are resilient, confident, creative and feel connected to their bodies, their hearts, each other and the environment.
Big life events can have a huge impact on young people in how they feel and in how they see themselves in the world. Divorce, surgery and loss are examples of stressful events that impacts their nervous system and therefore their ability to self regulate.
In this workshop I will introduce techniques and ideas that you can use at home as a family to navigate the challenges in your family’s life.
This is an interactive workshop for both parents and children between the age of 7 and 14. Learn how to teach your children resilience, confidence and belief in themselves. This event is posnsored by the Feel Good Festival.
