About the event
At our Wellbeing Fair you'll find a range of products and services on offer from delicious holistic teas and herbal remedies to posture improving aids, and skincare products. There will also be free taster treatments on offer and several workshops to join inlcuding a sound bath, a talk on nutrician, a free yoga class - all free. And you'll be able to meet wellbeing practitioners and find out more about their therapies.

Jane Simpson - Connected Alignment Treatment - Free Taster
Join Jane Simpson for a free taster treatment; Jane trained in Contemporary dance, improvisation at the Laban Centre.
She is a trained therapeutic massage / Thai yoga practitioner and has over 30 years experience synthesising many techniques from physical theatre, dance and healing arts. For the Festival Jane is offering taster treatments free (donations welcome) focusing on Alignment / Connection; Lying, Sitting , Standing, Walking.
Enjoy a lie down in the banana chair and receive a foot / head movement stretch to let go. Whole body relaxation and connection to breath. Sit and enjoy shoulder press and connect to your spine and centre. Stand up and connect into your feet Walk with more soft self awareness and feel GOOD. No booking required. Drop in on the day.
Thamma Thai Wellness - Mini Thai De-Stress (Head, Neck & Shoulder) Seated Massage
A chance to experience Thamma Thai Wellness' popular traditional Thai massage in a 15-minute treatment. Thai massage focuses on the sensib (energy lines which run throughout the body) using a variety of techniques, including the application of pressure by thumb, hand, and arm, and stretching. These techniques originated thousands or years ago and were developed to help ease the tired, sore bodies of farmers and labourers. Thamma believe a Thai body treatment is a valuable part of everyday life because it underpins our health and wellbeing. The Thai Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage is the perfect way to relieve tension, both physical and mental. The massage uses various techniques to reduce muscle tightness in the shoulders and neck and includes a relaxing head massage to lower stress levels.

Lee is a holistic Therapist from Lochwinnoch who offers a wide range of therapies and retreat days through her business Holistic Walks for You. Lee will be offering reiki and reflexology taster sessions on the day. No booking necessary - drop in.

Martin is back again this year at the Feel Good Festival selling a beautiful range of herbal teas. You'll be able to be served one at the fair, ready to drink, or take them away as retail products.
Weegie Wellbeing
Weegie Wellbeing is a very small social enterprise based in Lochwinnoch run by holistic therapist Saffron Mullen; If you haven't checked them out already, you'll love her pamper gift boxes, using Glasgow patter and humour as a way of delivering self-care and wellbeing. It is a very small social enterprise which is:
- Carefully sourcing products from small Glaswegian/Renfrewshire small businesses
- Giving back to the community offering free lifestyle and wellbeing orientated workshops (Sunny Govan Community Radio in January)
- Vegan, eco-conscious, sustainable, paraben and nasty free, as much as possibly available

Ellie Lappin says: “Elliegance is a eco and vegan friendly brand. I make vegan friendly soaps that are SLS free , the bath bombs are organic, vegan friendly.
All the body products are CPSR credited. The candles, wax melts are made with sustainable soy wax therefore kinder to the planet! The tins from the candles can be reused for example trinket tin? When the wax melts are spent and the wax has set back it can be composted. I make Reed diffusers for the home as too diffusers for the car. All the products used are plant based and vegan friendly, and all of the packaging is either compostable or recyclable.”
