Last year we offered a Fermenting Workshop and a Demonstration with the brilliant Bora Zebransky and Angela O'Neill. These were so popular and we really identified this as a popular activity for a wide community. Therefore, we will be scheduling more over the coming months with Bora and Angela again.
We successfully held our first workshop of 2025 on Sunday 23rd February where Angela lead a group of ten people to make a Pineapple Kraut. It was great! The group learned so much about why fermented food is so good for your gut biome and why healthy gut biome is so important for physical and mental health. Fermenting is a great way to preserve fresh food to keep it for times of the year when it is out of season too. We can't wait for the next session. We look forward to working with Bora again too.
