This week we welcomed some visitors to the Larder; Tom Arthur MSP and Cllr Emma Rodden paid us a visit. It was great to meet them and talk about the project, what our aims are and what is happening more broadly in Lochwinnoch.
Despite our often ramshackle set-up, we’re having a big impact locally, having had nearly 300 households visit us last week. We explained that one of the best things about our project, is that it’s for everyone - it’s become a really important space for community engagement and we hope that when the facilities and the weather allow, we can utilise this space to run workshops and demonstrations, and co-host surgeries with other groups and services.
